Holstein slaughter steers were 3.00 higher today and Dairy/Beef steers were trending higher. Cows were 4.00 to 5.00 higher with a good offering and good interest and Holstein cows were 2.00 to 6.00 higher also with bulls 10.00 higher on high dressing bulls that were offered this week.
