Wyoming-Nebraska Direct Feeder Cattle, Nebraska

Compared to last week: Feeder steers not established. Feeder heifers not well tested. Demand good but movement limited by the major winter storm that moved across the country this week, hampering livestock movement. Thru Thursday slaughter cattle trade was not established. Cattle futures turned back south yesterday after mostly positive moves earlier in the week. So far today, first few months of Live Cattle are trading in the green but back months and all feeders are trading in the red.
